VRM Launches New Transformation Division Led by Mareike Woll
VRM, publisher of newspapers like 'Allgemeine Zeitung' and 'Wiesbadener Kurier', has expanded its business to include a new Transformation division. Leading this new area is Mareike Woll, who joined the management team in October. Woll, previously the Chief Transformation Officer, will help shape VRM's corporate strategy and future-proof the organisation.
Woll, 31, brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having worked at VRM since 2014. She has been instrumental in implementing and operationalising VRM's strategy as the Chief Transformation Officer. Now, she will lead the new Transformation division to strengthen VRM's ability to implement strategic initiatives.
In addition to its traditional newspaper publishing, VRM offers advertising papers, printing and logistics services, and the agency network Ryze Digital. With Woll at the helm of the new division, VRM aims to further develop its corporate strategy and enhance its innovative power.
VRM's expansion into the Transformation business area signals its commitment to strategic growth and innovation. Under the leadership of experienced and capable Mareike Woll, the new division is poised to strengthen VRM's organisational resilience and future-proof its operations.
