Accolade Acquires 7R's BTS Warehouse Facility in Bielsko-Biała
Accolade, a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, has announced the acquisition of a built-to-suit (BTS) warehouse facility from 7R in Bielsko-Biała West I. The facility, which spans over 20,000 square meters, is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading European manufacturer of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, sunshades, and pergolas.
The acquisition involved several parties, with 7R serving as the seller, Accolade and Conseq acting as the buyers, and Aluprof as the tenant. The warehouse was developed to cater to Aluprof's core operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. It is worth noting that the building is certified BREEAM Very Good, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.
On the legal front, the SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska law firm advised 7R on the sale, while Norton Rose Fulbright’s Warsaw-based team advised Accolade and Conseq on the acquisition.
