In a significant move to promote legal literacy and public awareness, the nationwide "Law and Order" campaign was launched in Kazakhstan on June 23rd. The week-long event, which is part of the ongoing explanatory work based on the principles of "Law and Order", aims to provide legal consultations, explain the law, and assist citizens in obtaining state services.

The primary goal of this campaign is multifaceted. It seeks to raise public awareness about laws, citizens' rights and duties, and the importance of maintaining social order. By promoting legal literacy among the population, the campaign hopes to enhance respect for the rule of law.

In addition, the campaign aims to inform citizens about legislative changes, crime prevention measures, and the activities of law enforcement agencies. It encourages cooperation between the public and law enforcement to ensure safety and security. The campaign supports the state's efforts in strengthening law enforcement and public order through educational campaigns, seminars, and the distribution of informational materials.

The scope of the campaign covers a range of topics, including crime prevention, traffic rules, anti-corruption measures, and the functioning of judicial and police systems. It is aimed at all sections of society, including youth, to foster a culture of lawfulness and active civic participation.

Citizen receptions are being organized as part of the campaign in major shopping centers and Public Service Centers nationwide. The campaign involves employees from the prosecutor's office, police, anti-corruption agency, financial monitoring bodies, and local governors.

During the first two days of the campaign, approximately 8,000 citizens received help with a variety of queries, including land relations, housing provision, child safety, protection of entrepreneurs' rights, and social payments, among others.

Every citizen should know that the state not only demands law compliance but also ensures the protection of human rights, according to the campaign. By participating in the "Law and Order" campaign, the Kazakhstani government is reiterating its commitment to upholding the rule of law and fostering a safe, informed, and law-abiding society.

The campaign extends its focus to finance, providing information about financial regulations, rights, and duties of citizens. This aims to promote financial literacy and ensure a legal and secure financial environment.

Furthermore, the campaign intends to keep the public updated on general-news topics related to law, including legislative changes and crime prevention measures, with a special emphasis on transparency and accountability in financial transactions.
