Week-long celebration hosted by Santander Bank

Santander Week, an annual event hosted by Grupo Santander, is back! This year, the week-long celebration will feature a variety of activities, both in-person and virtual, designed to remind employees of the company's values and culture.

The event will culminate in T.E.A.M.S. Fest, taking place at Santander Group City. This festive occasion will be filled with music, workshops, social causes, surveys, and talks on Agile methodology.

At the heart of Santander's values are the five corporate behaviours known as T.E.A.M.S. (Think Customer, Embrace Change, Act Now, Move together, Speak up). Each letter represents a different corporate behaviour that the company encourages amongst its employees.

Think Customer emphasizes caring about customers and going the extra mile to earn their trust and loyalty.

Embrace Change encourages employees to view new challenges as opportunities for growth.

Act Now promotes accountability and risk management.

Move together encourages collaboration and working together to achieve common goals.

Speak up encourages open communication and expressing ideas.

During Santander Week, employees will have the opportunity to visit branches, run workshops on cyber security and healthy living, and participate in various activities focused on Diversity & Inclusion and Responsible Banking. These include The Santander Effect, The Embrace Network, and education programmes.

Moreover, Santander Week also offers job opportunities for those interested in joining the company. For more information about Santander, its values, and current job openings, visit their website.

Additionally, Santander has ongoing initiatives to share information about what it's like to work at Santander. The company believes in fostering a unique, global corporate culture, The Santander Way, which is supported by the T.E.A.M.S. behaviours.

Lastly, Santander Week also includes a 17th Euros from your salary programme and a 16th Euros from your salary contest for standing with those most in need. This initiative underscores Santander's commitment to social responsibility.

While the search results do not currently provide information about the cities and countries visited by Grupo Santander employees during Santander Week for workshops on cybersecurity, health promotion, and social purposes, we look forward to learning more about these exciting global events as Santander Week unfolds.
