The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for commercial and Private Banking customers, serving as the figurehead of the Sparkasse for high-end customers.
The role requires a candidate with comprehensive knowledge of software applications, including Office programs, OSP portal & OSP_Neo. The ideal candidate should have completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification and should possess a persuasive personality with a confident, convincing, and sovereign manner. Enjoyment of communication, especially on the phone, is essential.
