Due to production capacity underutilization, the enterprise temporarily shut down its concrete production to minimize losses and dismiss around 127 employees, sparking quite the scandal. Fast forward to 2024, and Aisen Nikolaev starts the modernization and technical upgrade of the plant with a vision for a state-of-the-art industrial construction complex in Yakutsk. This ultra-modern DHC plant teams up with AO SZ "Republican Mortgage Agency" - LLC "RIA-Construction" to serve the town's needs.
The revamped DHC will pump out single-layer panels and structures for multi-story, private residential buildings, and social facilities. The new products will play a significant role in the development of the Yakutsk housing market, particularly in the upcoming neighborhoods like "Zvezdy" and "Sportivny." The annual production capacity aims to reach a whopping 30-50 thousand square meters of housing!
